The Big Questions Everyone Asks
How many customers do you expect? +
We actively market every event to drive hundreds to thousands of local shoppers, depending on event size, weather, and promotions.

We don't just "host" events — we promote them aggressively using:
  • Facebook & social media ads
  • Local event listings
  • On-site signage & traffic drivers
  • Vendor cross-promotion
Our goal: keep customers on-site for hours so every vendor sells more.
Plus — this event is on Highway 90 at the Fiesta Shopping Center with 36,000–45,000 cars passing by every single day.
How many vendors are allowed? +
We limit vendor spaces to avoid overcrowding and protect your sales.
  • Pop-Up Vendors: Limited spaces per layout
  • Food Trucks: Strict cap — up to 14 trucks (to prevent oversaturation)
  • Some categories may have limited or exclusive spots
This is NOT an overcrowded flea market — we control the mix to protect every vendor's sales opportunity.
What do I get with my vendor space? +
Depends on the package you choose:

Bring Your Own Setup
  • 10×10, 10×20, or larger space

Food Truck Vendors
Is there food category exclusivity? +
We limit similar food types whenever possible.
Example: Not 5 taco trucks competing side-by-side. We curate the food mix to protect your sales.
Do I need a generator? +
Yes — most food trucks must bring their own quiet inverter generator.
  • Must meet noise guidelines
  • No loud construction-style generators
  • Generator rentals available on-site (ask in advance)
Is electricity provided? +
Limited power may be available at select events.
Plan to be self-contained. Bring your generator and you'll never have a problem.
What about water and waste? +
Food trucks must be fully self-sufficient per local health rules. You are responsible for your own water supply and waste disposal in compliance with Fort Bend County health regulations.
Is it a flat fee or percentage of sales? +
Flat vendor fee only. No hidden percentage of your sales.
You keep every dollar you earn. We make money from the space rental — not your sales.
